Pulpio provides tools for extracting, processing, transforming, and structuring web content and other data submitted by users.
The Service may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Access to the Service requires a valid email address.
Authentication is performed using one-time verification codes sent to your email address.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activities performed using your account.
You can update the email address associated with your account at any time from your account settings; changes take effect once you confirm the new address using a verification code.

Pulpio provides a public API that may be subject to additional documentation and usage requirements.
You agree to use the API only in accordance with these Terms and the applicable API documentation.
We may modify, deprecate, suspend, or discontinue any part of the API at any time.
You must not attempt to circumvent API restrictions or access the Service through undocumented interfaces.
To ensure the stability, security, and fair use of the Service, Pulpio applies rate limits to API and website requests.
We may apply different limits to different accounts at our discretion.
If you exceed the applicable limits, we may temporarily delay, throttle, reject, or block requests without prior notice.
Repeated or intentional attempts to bypass rate limits may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for:
Pulpio does not verify whether you have permission to process submitted content.
Pulpio processes content automatically.
We do not guarantee that any output will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all output before relying on it in production systems, business processes, research, or decision-making.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and other intellectual property, is owned by Pulpio or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the content and data that you submit to the Service.
By submitting content, you grant Pulpio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulpio disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulpio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid for the Service, our total liability shall not exceed EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

You may also permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. This immediately deletes your API tokens and submitted extractions and cannot be undone.
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective when published on Pulpio.io unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.
